Proper Job Head Office – Accounts Assistant/Office admin
30 – 37.5 hours per week. Hours to be discussed. (Monday-Friday)
Competitive hourly rate.
Monthly bonus scheme.
Responsibilities include;
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices & credits accurately.
Provide general office administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Other administrative and accounts-related duties as required.
Experience;
Previous accounts & Sage experience is preferred but full training is provided.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Highly motivated.
Reliable, Flexible and Punctual.
A full driving license would be an advantage for progress within the company but is not essential.
